What we are

Points Assistant is an independent points and miles advisory service. We are not a travel agent, not a booking agency, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline or loyalty programme.

Not financial advice

We are not authorised to give regulated financial or credit advice, and nothing on this website or in any report we send should be treated as such. We do not recommend specific credit cards or financial products. For advice on financial products, speak to an FCA-authorised adviser.

Availability, pricing and points values change constantly

Award availability, points pricing, taxes and carrier charges are set and controlled entirely by airlines and loyalty programmes — not by us — and can change within minutes, without warning, and for reasons outside our knowledge or control.

Book as soon as your report is sent

The options in any report we send reflect availability at the time we carried out the research. We strongly recommend you book as soon as possible after receiving your report. If a recommended option has expired, changed in price, or become unavailable by the time you come to book it, we accept no liability for that change — this is a normal and expected feature of dynamic award availability, and is outside our control.

If the option we recommended disappears within the first 24 hours after we submit your report, contact us and we'll provide further recommendations at no extra charge. If the itinerary disappears after those first 24 hours, a new search will be required. No refunds are provided in either case.

You book, you decide

We provide research and recommendations only. Every booking is made by you, directly with the airline or loyalty programme, using your own points and payment details. We do not issue tickets, and we never ask for or access your loyalty account logins.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any specific flight, fare, or points redemption will be available, bookable, or remain unchanged. All information we provide is based on our research at a specific point in time and should be verified by you before booking.
