We search, manually
Once confirmed and paid, an advisor checks real bookable availability across airlines and alliances — routings, layovers, points, taxes and cabin quality — across a range of dates. Most searches complete within 24–48 hours.
You get a report, then a call
A clear, written comparison of the strongest options — side by side, with one clearly recommended and why — plus a 15-minute call to walk through it and explain any points transfers needed.
You book — we stay on call
You book directly with the airline using your own points; we never ask for your account logins. If a better redemption turns up before you fly, message us — flagging it is included, no extra charge.
If no good availability turns up
Award space can be genuinely limited on some routes. We keep checking for the full 5 days on harder ones, flag realistic alternatives, and if nothing suitable is found in that window, refund 50% of the search fee automatically.
