Questions

Before you get in touch.

The things people usually ask before their first request.

What exactly do you do?
We manually search for real, bookable award availability across airlines and UK points programmes based on your request — checking routings, dates and transfer partners so you don't have to. You always book directly with the airline using your own points, so you stay in full control of your account.
Do you book the flight for me?
No. We hand you a clear recommendation and, if useful, talk you through the booking on our included call — but the booking itself is always made by you, directly with the airline, using your own points and payment details.
How long does a search take?
We review your request and confirm your fee within 24 hours. Once you've paid, the search itself is usually completed within 24–48 hours. Award availability is dynamic and can appear or disappear at short notice, so for harder routes we may keep checking for a few extra days and let you know if anything changes.
When do I pay, and is it refundable?
You don't pay when you submit. We review every request first — usually within 24 hours — confirm the exact fee for your cabin and route, and follow up with any questions before sending a secure payment link. Your search begins once that's paid. If we haven't found a suitable option within 5 days of your search starting, we automatically refund 50% of what you paid — you don't need to ask.
What does the search fee actually cover?
Your fee covers manual availability research across programmes and routings, the written report you receive, and the included 15-minute call. It's a flat fee based on cabin and route type — not a commission on what you eventually book.
What if no good availability turns up?
We'll tell you honestly, and we'll always flag realistic alternatives if the exact trip you asked for isn't available. If nothing suitable is found within the first 5 days of your search starting, we automatically refund 50% of the search fee.
What if the option you recommend disappears after I get my report?
We always recommend booking as soon as possible after receiving your report, since award availability can change quickly. If the recommended option disappears within the first 24 hours after we send your report, contact us and we'll provide further recommendations at no extra charge. If it disappears after those first 24 hours, a new search will be required. No refunds are provided in either case.
Do you charge per passenger?
The search fee is fixed regardless of passenger count. It's designed around a couple travelling together by default; larger groups may need a slightly larger search and we'll always confirm cost upfront.
Do you need access to my loyalty accounts?
Never. We only need your point balances and travel details to plan the search — you keep your account logins to yourself, and you're the one who logs in to transfer points or make the booking.
Is this financial advice about which credit card to get?
No. We're not authorised to give regulated financial or credit advice, and we don't recommend specific cards. Our guidance is general and educational — for personal financial advice, speak to an FCA-authorised adviser.
Can you help after I've booked?
Yes — if a better redemption appears before you fly, or you want a second opinion on a change, message us and we'll take a look.
How can I get in touch?
Email or WhatsApp both work well — WhatsApp is usually quickest for quick questions, and every search includes a 15-minute call to talk through your options properly.
